You will bring together international, cross-functional teams, build trusted customer relationships, and balance scope, schedule, cost, quality, and risk to deliver strong project outcomes.\nKey Tasks & Responsibilities\nLead customer projects across the full lifecycle, from initiation and planning through execution, monitoring, control, and closure. \nDevelop and maintain the project charter, project management plan, schedules, budgets, resource plans, and required project documentation. \nDirect and control project scope, schedule, cost, quality, risks, resources, dependencies, and deliverables. \nCoordinate and lead cross-functional teams across regions, including collaboration with colleagues in e.g. Germany and India. \nManage internal and external stakeholders, providing clear communication on project status, milestones, risks, decisions, and deliverables. \nIdentify, assess, and resolve project risks and issues, implementing effective mitigation measures and facilitating timely decision-making. \nMonitor project performance using established metrics and KPIs, and provide transparent reporting to customers, stakeholders, and leadership. \nBuild strong customer relationships, align delivery with customer requirements, and actively support customer satisfaction. \nLead project acquisition activities and price negotiations, and manage project-related procurement. \nPrepare and manage commercial documentation, including NDAs, NPIs, quotations, purchase orders, and invoices. \nEnsure project execution complies with company policies, customer requirements, and applicable industry standards. experience in a customer-facing technical, engineering, manufacturing, automotive, or comparable business environment. \nProven experience managing cross-functional projects with responsibility for customer deliverables, budgets, resources, schedules, and execution. \nAbility to manage multiple projects, priorities, and deadlines effectively in a dynamic environment. \nStrong analytical and problem-solving skills, with experience identifying project risks and implementing practical solutions. \nProactive working style with strong written and verbal communication skills for customers, stakeholders, and leadership. \nExperience working with Japanese customers. \nBusiness-level Japanese and English for effective communication with customers and project stakeholders. \nProficiency in Microsoft Office, including Excel, PowerPoint, Word, and Outlook. \nPositive mindset and the ability to collaborate effectively in a multicultural, global environment. \nPreferred Qualifications\nExperience in driver assistance or autonomous driving. \nProject Management Professional (PMP) certification or an equivalent qualification. \nExperience with project management tools such as Planisware, Jira, or comparable platforms. \nWillingness to travel domestically and internationally for project-related meetings, depending on project needs, typically less than 10%. \n
