Welcome to Bosch.\n We are looking for a Brand Manager to strengthen the market presence of Hitachi and YORK brands in Türkiye and support their growth within the Bosch Home Comfort Türkiye portfolio.\nDevelop and implement brand strategies for Hitachi and YORK in alignment with business objectives and global brand guidelines.\nStrengthen brand positioning, awareness and equity through market, customer and competitor insights.\nPlan and execute integrated marketing and communication activities, including digital campaigns, PR, social media, events and sponsorships.\nEnsure consistent brand identity and communication across all relevant channels and customer touchpoints.\nSupport product launches, go-to-market strategies and brand activation initiatives in collaboration with relevant stakeholders.\nManage external agencies, business partners and marketing budgets to ensure effective execution of brand activities.\nMonitor brand performance and campaign effectiveness through relevant KPIs and drive continuous improvement.\nCollaborate closely with Sales, Product Management, Communication and other functions to align brand initiatives with business priorities.\n Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Communication or a related field.\nMinimum 5 years of professional experience in brand management, marketing or marketing communications.\nStrong knowledge of brand strategy, positioning, digital marketing and integrated marketing communications.\nExperience in managing marketing campaigns, external agencies and cross-functional projects.\nStrong analytical thinking, creativity, communication and project management skills.\nAbility to manage multiple brands, stakeholders and priorities effectively.\nVery good command of written and spoken English.\nExperience in HVAC or other technical B2B/B2C industries is an
