Maintains accurate records of job status, changes, material flow and other.\nRoutinely walks job site to ensure quality installation of Company products\nSupervises the preparation and processing of reports for internal and external use.\nMay estimate or assist in estimating projects which the company is bidding.\nImplements quality assurance program to continuously improve customer satisfaction\nPresent a professional image of Company when speaking to customers (all levels)\nDevelop and maintain relationship with all customers\nResponsible for customer satisfaction on project\nEnd to end ownership of the delivery of the project\nAssists management in forecasting monthly labour, revenue, and material requirements.\nEnsures proper job management and cost control Supervises the preparation of base data required for monthly project invoicing\nMonitors time logged to projects by all resources\nMonitors project invoices and receipts for accuracy and validity.\nIdentify project problems, develop and implement plans to assure project profitability while providing exceptional customer service and communication to all stakeholders.\nJob Closure\nResponsible for Completing As-Builds, project ATP and documentation of various systems\nResponsible for completing all paperwork, POs are all completed, Notice of Completions (NOC) is sent, and jobs are turned over to Service\nRequired Qualifications:3 years of experience in project management. Either security based experience or other low voltage industries.\nValid drivers license with acceptable record.\nExcellent written and verbal communication, as well as interpersonal skills\nStrong computer skills, with proficiency in Microsoft Office and project software\nAble to work independently, manage time effectively, and work with multiple deadlines\nMust be able to obtain Secret clearance 2\nAbility to pass pre-employment screening.\nProfessional Competencies:Ability to work in a high volume atmosphere\nAbility to solve practical problems and carry out responsibilities under minimal supervision.\nAbility to organize workload for effective implementation, including the ability to multi-task while under deadlines or time constraints\nExcellent interpersonal skills including customer service skills\nAbility to write simple correspondence and present information in one-on-one and small group situations.\nAbility to interact effectively at all levels and across diverse cultures.\nAbility to function as an effective team member.\nAbility to adapt as the external environment and organization evolves.\nHas a strong knowledge of engineering fundamentals, security system functions and operations.
