coaching and appraising performance; rewarding and disciplining employees; addressing complaints and resolving problems.\nRequired Qualification:\nMinimum of 8 years of experience working within the low voltage industry\n6 years of experience within project management, security integration or field experience\nKnowledge of the following:Security - Genetec, Avigilon, LenelS2, Milestone, Kantech, Bosch, DMP, AMAG\nCabling - Belden, CommScope, Panduit, Corning\n\nAudio-Visual - High-level of understanding of AV systems like Crestron, Biamp, QSC, Crown and other AV manufacturers\nDemonstrated success managing projects valued at significant budgets and complexity.\nProven experience in financial management, budgeting, forecasting, and cost control.\nStrong background in project scheduling, planning, and resource management.\nExperience managing cross-functional and geographically dispersed teams.\nStrong understanding of project management methodologies.\nKnowledge of financial reporting, project accounting, earned value management (EVM), and forecasting techniques.\nValid Driver’s License with acceptable driving record\n Preferred Qualifications:Project Management Professional (PMP) certification \nPMI certified\nAdditional industry certifications (AVIXA or BICSI)\nProfessional Competencies:Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.\nExcellent written and verbal communication, as well as interpersonal skills\nStrong computer skills, with proficiency in Microsoft Office and project software\nAble to work independently, manage time effectively, and work with multiple deadlines\nAbility to organize workload for effective implementation, including the ability to multi-task while under deadlines or time constraints\nSalary Range: $104,520.00 - $140,000.00Vacancy Status: This posting is for a current and existing vacancy\nPhysical Demands:\nIn general, the following physical demands are representative of those that must be met by an employee to successfully perform the essential functions of the job. \nMust be able to effectively communicate in English, (ie see, hear, speak and write clearly) in order to communicate with colleagues and/or customers \nManual dexterity required for occasional reaching, lifting of light office objects, and operating office equipment \nSitting, standing, walking in office environments and construction sites \nThe employee must occasionally lift and/or move up to 50 pounds and may be required to work at heights over 1.8m (6 feet) \nWorking Conditions: In general, the following conditions of the work environment are representative of those that an employee encounters while performing the essential functions of this job.The office is clean, orderly, properly lighted and ventilated.
