Serves as a liaison between subcontractors and project teams while ensuring accurate records, timely processing, and audit readiness.\nResponsibilities:\nCoordinate and manage the Subcontractor pre-qualification process\nAdminister and distribute Master Agreements for Subcontractors\nReview Agreement modifications providing advice and interpretation to Ops team\nAnalyze and manage required compliance documents including contractor’s license, certificates of insurance, insurance endorsements & lien releases\nIssue Work Authorizations & Change Orders\nReview and process Subcontractor monthly invoices\nReview of Contracts for Subcontractor \nAssist Subcontractors & Bosch PM’s with contract or status inquiries\nSupport month-end and year-end close activities\nMonitor timely submission of Certified Payroll & OCIP as related to compliance\nMaintain compliant audit files and support internal and external audit requests\nMaintain current knowledge of relevant subcontract procedures and practices\nSpecial projects as assigned\nOther duties as assigned\nRequired Qualifications:\nAt least 3 years of experience in a construction environment, specifically in insurance, contract management, or compliance.\nStrong proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, including Word, Excel, and Outlook.\nAbility to manage and analyze compliance documents, including contractor licenses, certificates of insurance, and lien releases.\nExcellent attention to detail for maintaining compliant audit files and supporting internal and external audit requests.\nDemonstrated ability to work under pressure, multi-task, and meet deadlines.\nStrong organizational and time-management skills to coordinate the Subcontractor pre-qualification process and manage compliance activities.\nCustomer service-focused mindset to assist Subcontractors and internal teams with inquiries.\nExcellent communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate with the operations team and other stakeholders.\nConstruction projects accounting experience \nPreferred Qualifications:\nBachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, Contract Management, or a related field.\nAt least 5 years of experience in a construction environment, specifically in insurance, contract management, or compliance.\nExperience with Certified Payroll and Owner-Controlled Insurance Programs (OCIP).\nKnowledge of subcontractor procedures, practices, and compliance standards.\nFamiliarity with month-end and year-end close activities in a contract or compliance environment.\nPrevious experience managing and interpreting Master Agreements or agreement modifications.\nExperience supporting special projects related to contract or compliance management.\nExperience with Microsoft D365.\nPhysical Demands:\nIn general, the following physical demands are representative of those that must be met by an employee to successfully perform the essential functions of the job. \nMust be able to effectively communicate, (ie see, hear, speak and write clearly) in order to communicate with colleagues and/or customers; manual dexterity required for occasional reaching, lifting of light office objects, and operating office equipment \nWorking Conditions:In general, the following conditions of the work environment are representative of those that an employee encounters while performing the essential functions of this job. \nThe office is clean, orderly, properly lighted and ventilated.
