The Systems Analyst will be responsible for delivering and maintaining the IT infrastructure that supports these platforms.\nResponsibilities:\nInstall, configure, and test server, storage, and network infrastructure\nInstall, configure, and test virtualization platforms\nInstall, configure, and test Physical Security and AV management software platforms\nAnalyze customer requirements and implement system features to meet those needs\nAnalyze system constraints, performance, and workload requirements\nApply configurations to maximize system performance\nConfigure and test off the shelf integrations to enable event and control interoperability between subsystems\nDevelop and support custom integrations and macros enabling interoperability between subsystems and advanced features\nDevelop scripts, images and other automation techniques to minimize repeat work and improve consistency\nMaintain, troubleshoot, and service issues related to the above infrastructure\nPlan and deliver software and OS upgrades\nDevelop and maintain Method Of Procedures for system upgrades and implementations\nWork directly with other Systems Analysts, Project Managers, Sales, and Engineering resources to help design IT infrastructure supporting Physical Security and Audio Video solutions\nSupport sales and design efforts and activities in specifying IT components and integration methods\nBe accountable for the installation and integration of systems, ensuring timelines are met and a quality solution is delivered\nWork closely and collaborate with our Integrated Systems Technicians to ensure successful system delivery\nRespond, support, and be available to Integrated Systems Technicians, while supporting and mentoring their learning and growth in IT infrastructure\nDevelop and maintain client relationships while building confidence and respect in the organization's abilities throughout the industry\nSupport the PMO in planning deployments\nPrepare and maintain documentation in an efficient and professional manner\nBe organized, enthusiastic, and take direction from Bosch leadership\nRequired Qualifications:Minimum of 3 years' progressive experience in Information Technology, with proven experience in designing, deploying, and supporting complex systems\nPost-secondary degree or diploma from a Technology Institute in computing or electronics, or equivalent training with the armed forces.\nAbility to pass varying levels of security clearance\nClear and concise written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to present technical data and analysis to internal and external stakeholders\nSound organizational skills, with the capability to handle multiple tasks and projects in a fast-paced and priority-changing environment\nAbility to work independently or in a team environment, with strong interpersonal skills\nWillingness to mentor and build the technical abilities of the organization\nStrong analytical and problem-solving skills\nComfortable with remote work and participating in remote teams\nExperience with the following technologies is required:Windows Server, Windows 10/11, and SQL Server\nVMware, Hyper-V or other HCI/virtualization platforms\nIP networking, SD-Wan, routers/switch configurations\nBackup, replication and DR concepts\nPowershell and other scripting languages\nCybersecurity and system hardening\nAccreditation or certification from a major network supplier such as Cisco\nAccreditation or certification with Windows Server and SQL Server\nPreferred Qualifications:Understanding of, and experience with, Physical Security system integration, including CCTV, Access Control, Intercom, Intrusion or Audio Video management platforms\nAWS or Azure cloud computing and network environments\nC#, C++ or other modern programming languages\nDevops and other advanced system delivery and support automation\nSalary Range: $ 78,936 - $95, 866.68Vacancy Status: This posting is for a current and existing vacancy\nPhysical Demands:\nIn general, the following physical demands are representative of those that must be met by an employee to successfully perform the essential functions of the job.\nMust be able to effectively communicate, (ie see, hear, speak and write clearly) in order to communicate with colleagues and/or customers; manual dexterity required for occasional reaching, lifting of light office objects, and operating office equipment\nWorking Conditions:\nIn general, the following conditions of the work environment are representative of those that an employee encounters while performing the essential functions of this job.\nThe office is clean, orderly, properly lighted and ventilated.
