The role offers a broad introduction to business operations, stakeholder management, and continuous improvement while developing the skills and experience needed for a successful future career.\nKey Responsibilities\nSite Operations, Supplier & Contractor Management\nSupport the day-to-day operation of the BWTC site.\nCoordinate suppliers, contractors, and service providers.\nRaise purchase orders and support invoice processing.\nManage contractor administration and documentation.\nCoordinate visitor management activities.\nCoordinate resolution of facilities and meeting room issues.\nMaintain action trackers and ensure follow-up of site activities.\nBusiness Support\nSupport PA to EVP and central function activities across BBM UK.\nAssist with reporting, presentations, communications, and meeting coordination.\nSupport internal events, workshops, and employee engagement activities.\nContinuous Improvement & Digitalisation\nSupport process improvement initiatives.\nAssist with AI, automation, and digitalisation projects.\nHelp develop dashboards, reporting, and business insights.\n Candidate Profile\nUndergraduate seeking a 12-month industrial placement.\nStudying Business, Management, Engineering, Operations, Project Management, Facilities Management, or a related discipline.\nStrong organisational and communication skills.\nComfortable working with multiple stakeholders.\nProficient in Microsoft Office applications.\nInterest in business operations, project coordination, and continuous improvement.\nInterest in AI and digital technologies desirable but not essential.\nWhat the Student Will Gain\nExposure to senior leadership and business decision-making.\nExperience managing suppliers and external stakeholders.\nUnderstanding of site operations and business support functions.\nDevelopment of project management, communication, and organisational skills.\nOpportunities to contribute to digitalisation and AI initiatives.\nBroad experience that prepares them for future careers in operations, facilities management, project management, business support, or leadership roles.\n This is a 12-month internship beginning in July 2027. This position isopen to undergraduate students who are eligible to partake in a work placement as part of their university course.\nLocation: you will be based at the Nuneaton office.\nAs an Intern at Bosch, you will participate in an exclusive learning and development programme called the BUILD Programme designed to support you through your internship journey.
