This is an excellent opportunity for a professional who combines deep technical expertise with strong stakeholder engagement.\nKey Responsibilities\nVehicle Testing, Performance Evaluation, Application and Calibration of control algorithms in diesel engines for Off-Road and Large Engines.\n\nUnderstand and analyze customers’ performance & controller requirements.\n\nExperience with powertrain calibration like drivability, speed governing, engine protection functions, injection corrections & hot/cold startability.\n\nConduct Vehicle tests in summer and winter sessions and calibrate system performance per Bosch, Customer's and legal requirements.\n\nTroubleshooting in vehicle for hardware, software development.\n\nInterface with customers to provide technical support.\n\nFollow company development and quality processes.\n\nSupport sales PjM for new project acquisition and technical activities.\n\nFlexible mindset of working on field testing, off-road construction machinery.\n\nWhat We’re Looking For\nB.E, M.Tech (Mechanical, Automobile, E&C, EEE).\n\n4 to 6 years of relevant work experience.\n\nExperienced in technically leading / working on calibration development projects\n\nExperience in calibrating torque-based control systems (diesel & alternative fuels) including emissions and climate development\n\nExcellent knowledge of powertrain systems and sub-systems\n\nGood knowledge of developing engine management systems and testing techniques\n\nAbility to use model-based calibration tools e.g. Inca, Uniplot, Cameo, ASCMO, AVL Puma, etc.\n\nExperienced user of analytical software tools to handle large volumes of data.\n\nAbility to understand, interpret and evaluate numerical data\n\nKnowledge of Modelling and Simulation techniques\n\nKnowledge of coding/programming languages\n\nExperience with Hardware-in-the-Loop (HIL) systems\n\nSound understanding of engine combustion processes and emissions formulation\n\nKnowledge and experience of INCA and ETAS tools.\n\nSkilled in statistical testing techniques i.e. Design of Experiments (DoE)\n\nComplete work in a safe, timely and professional manner with the minimum of supervision Flexibility to undertake additional task to meet business requirements\n\nHighly motivated, keen to learn and share knowledge.
