There are many opportunities to get involved and we hope you will join us as we make a difference in the Lowcountry.\n Project lead for software development, PLC programming and IT infrastructure implementations.\nPerform investigations, trials, and improvements in automated manufacturing processes.\nSet up machines and devices to prepare investigations as indicated.\nCreate and maintain manufacturing documentation and quality plans according to company standards (including process flow diagrams, PQIs, process control documentation, standard work instructions, etc).\nIdentifies and resolves quality issues related to automated equipment.\nMentors hourly skilled associates in proactive maintenance of assigned processes, including development of qualification cards and other training material.\nIdentify and lead projects to improve safety, cost, quality, delivery, and utilization of manufacturing processes in order to meet Policy Deployment objectives.\nActively participate in daily management of area using MES and other analytics/data to meet targets and derive measures to continuously improve performance.\n BS in Engineering (Controls, Automation, Electrical, or Mechanical) and 3+ years technical experience.\nHands-on experience with highly automated equipment technologies- such as CNC machines and High Pressure Deburr, robots (Kuka, Staubly), automated axis systems, vision systems, and feeding systems.\nMechanical and electrical hardware design/upgrade experience.\nProgramming experience with object-oriented languages and web technologies (PLC programming, C#, Python, HTML/Javascript)\nExperience with data analytics tools (PowerBI, Tableau, etc)\nWorking knowledge of relational databases (MySQL, Microsoft SQL, Oracle) and IT concepts (VMs, networking)\nExperience in high volume/technology manufacturing processes within the automotive industry preferred.\nAbility to read and define electric drawings, pneumatic and/or hydraulic plans.\nProject leadership skills and the ability to prioritize workload to meet established targets.\nAbility to work on cross-functional teams with a high degree of self-initiative.\nExperience utilizing problem solving techniques to solve complex manufacturing issues (Six Sigma, Shainin, 5 whys).\nAbility to travel (including internationally) for training, projects, and IPN activities.\n Competitive Salary\nCompetitive Time Away from Work Policy\nPaid Time Off (PTO): 16 days (Up to 30 days based on seniority)\nPersonal Days (PAA): 5 days\nCompany Paid Holidays: 9 days\nPaid Parental Leave: 6 Weeks\nIndustry Best Retirement Benefit\n401k - 75% match up to the first 9% contribution\nUnique Bosch Defined Contribution (BDC) plan provides 100% company-funded 401(k) contributions, ranging from 2.5% to 6.5% of your pay, helping you secure your financial future\nStudent Debt Retirement Savings Match\nProfit Sharing Bonus (CPrP) up to 10%\nMedical, dental, and vision coverage\nOnsite Cafeteria with multiple menu options\nOnsite Starbucks Cafe\nOnsite Bosch Store (Employee Discount)\nYour well-being matters at Bosch!
