This role is responsible for addressing customer quality concerns, managing complaint resolution, ensuring customer satisfaction, and driving continuous improvement efforts to meet customer requirements and expectations and industry standards.\nServe as the main point of contact for customer quality issues and communications.\nInvestigate customer complaints and non-conformance; lead root cause analysis and develop effective corrective and preventive actions.\nMonitor customer satisfaction and quality performance metrics.\nParticipate in customer audits and product validation reviews; provide technical and quality support during new product introductions (NPI).\nCoordinate and lead 8D or similar problem-solving methodologies for customer issues.\nEnsure timely communication and documentation of quality concerns and resolutions.\nCollaborate with internal teams (sales, manufacturing, engineering, quality assurance) to address customer feedback.\nSupport PPAP and other customer-specific quality requirements. (APQP)\nPrepare and deliver quality reports, presentations, and metrics to customers and internal stakeholders.\nParticipate in audits, customer visits, and continuous improvement initiatives.\nMaintain compliance with industry standards (e.g., ISO 9001, ISO 14001) and customer-specific quality requirements.\nTravel to customer sites (domestic and international) and other company locations as needed. (Up to 30% annually)\n Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Quality, or related technical field.\n3+ years of experience in manufacturing, project management and/or quality focused projects\nProven track record in customer-facing roles, including direct interaction with vendors, OEMs, and end users to resolve quality issues and drive improvements.\nStrong knowledge of quality tools and methodologies: 8D, 5 Whys, FMEA, SPC, Control Plans, APQP, PPAP.\nProblem solving and coordination experience; Shainin, Six Sigma, etc.....\nProficiency in reading technical drawings and specifications.\nExperience with root cause analysis and corrective/preventive action processes.\nFamiliarity with quality management systems (QMS).\nStrong interpersonal and communication skills: ability to work well with others in both one-on-one relationships as well as group activities.\nStrong organizational, analytical, and problem-solving skills with a highly oriented process approach.\nAbility to travel to customer sites (domestic and international) and other company locations as needed.
