A hands-on delivery leader accountable for people, commercials, client engagements, quality, cost, and delivery metrics.\nKey responsibilities\nEngineering delivery leadership\nLead the engineering teams - data engineering and AI/GenAI solution development.\n\nOwn end-to-end delivery across the engagement lifecycle: Planning, execution, deployment, and transition to Managed Ops.\n\nDirect delivery through project managers and technical leads; set delivery methods, cadences, and governance.\n\nEnsure architectural and engineering decisions align with CoE standards and reference architectures\n\nBusiness & commercials\nTrack and own revenue realization, EBIT, and deployment efficiency\n\nManage profitable delivery: Resource pyramid and productivity measures\n\nSupport pursuits with delivery estimates, staffing plans, and solution feasibility\n\nSupport account mining through delivery excellence and identification of follow-on work.\n\nClient engagement management\nOwn the delivery relationship with clients - governance, status, expectation management, and escalation resolution.\n\nManage customer satisfaction - Feedback, Timely communication, Excellence\n\nIdentify and track delivery risks, mitigation\n\nQuality, cost & delivery metrics\nOwn engineering and delivery quality and adherence to delivery quality standards.\n\nDefine, track, and report delivery metrics - Quality, Cost and Schedule.\n\nEnsure delivery adheres to AI governance, security, and Responsible AI standards. Drive continuous improvement in delivery efficiency\n\nPeople & capability\nLead, develop, and retain engineering talent; own hiring, performance, and career development in partnership with the Talent Family.\n\nBuild technical bench strength across data and AI/GenAI engineering skills.
