DRBFM, 8D, FTA) to prevent issues and ensure design robustness.\nPrepare and maintain technical documentation, including specifications, special characteristics, and justification reports.\nProvide design leadership-guiding stakeholders, inspiring colleagues, and enabling team members to contribute effectively to collective success.\nContribute to design discussions with system-level insights and a forward-looking, innovation-driven mindset.\n Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Mechanical Engineering (or a related field).\n5+ years of proven experience in the design and development of parts and assemblies for series production (preferably in HVAC).\nExpertise in modern manufacturing methods (plastics, die casting, machining, and sealing technologies).\nStrong command of GD&T, material selection, tolerance analysis, and lifecycle management practices.\nAdvanced skills in CAD/PLM systems (UG NX, Teamcenter, SAP) and familiarity with CAE tools (FEA, CFD).\nDemonstrated ability to apply critical thinking, design thinking, and holistic problem-solving to complex engineering projects.\nExperience in supplier management, cross-functional collaboration, and technical negotiations.\nStrong leadership, communication, and decision-making skills with a global team mindset.\nFluent in English (spoken and
