Masters level preferred. Degree preferences are Finance, Manufacturing Accounting, or Business Management. Financial / Manufacturing Controlling experience.\nPrior plant work experience preferred\nClear and effective communication skills\nAbility to work with little direction in a fast-paced and matrixed organization\nMust be a team player and able to work with cross-functional teams in multiple locations\nStrong analytical skills and assertiveness\nExperience in partnering with executive teams\nHigh level of written and oral communication skills\nMaster’s degree in business or accounting - CPA desirable\n To perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily.
