This role involves analyzing complex datasets, building predictive models, and preparing AI solutions for deployment into engineering applications.\nMain Roles and Responsibilities\nDesign and build scalable AI/ML solutions based on project requirements as per communication and alignment with customer or customer interface.\nProcess and analyze large-scale datasets to extract features and identify patterns for model training.\nIntegrate and deploy AI/ML models into existing software systems and platforms.\nApply statistical analysis and data validation techniques to ensure the quality and reliability of training data.\nCollaborate with cross-functional teams to understand requirements, sharing technical insights, and contributing to solution design to drive continuous improvement and innovation within own domain.\nPerform model evaluation, validation, and tuning to optimize performance and ensure alignment with business objectives.\nMentor junior engineers by providing guidance on machine learning concepts, coding practices, and data analysis techniques.\nUtilize modern machine learning frameworks including TensorFlow or PyTorch for model development and experimentation.\nEnsure compliance with applicable industry standards, regulatory requirements, company policies, and quality frameworks applicable to the role and assigned projects.\nPerform other tasks as assigned by Managers.\n Mandatory Requirements\nAt least 3-4 years of experience.\nProven hands-on experience in developing and deploying machine learning models.\nProven experience with modern ML frameworks (e.g., TensorFlow, PyTorch) and programming languages such as Python.\nExperience working with large datasets and production AI systems.\nAbility to implement solutions fromscratch and build products across the full product lifecycle based on the following requirements: Generative AI & LLM Engineering: Generative AI, Large Language Models (LLMs), LangChain/LlamaIndex, Vector DB\nAI Agents & Intelligent Systems: AI Agents/Frameworks, NLP, Model Based Development\nMachine Learning & Deep Learning: Machine Learning, Neural Network Architectures, PyTorch, OpenCV / Image Processing\nMLOps & Model Lifecycle: MLOps / ML Lifecycle Management, Model Validation & Evaluation, Data Annotation Basics\nAI Software & Data Engineering: Python, Data Modelling & Design\n\n Proficient in English Communication.\nProficient in Office Applications (e.g., MS Word, Excel, PPT).\nBachelor’s degree in computer science, Data Science, Engineering, or a related field.\nMaster’s degree is a plus\n Why BOSCH?\nBecause we don't just follow trends, we create them.\nBecause together we turn ideas into reality, working every day to make the world of tomorrow a better place.
