This role is responsible for executing eAxle system validation engineering activities with focus on electrical-electronics interface at system-of-system level. The position involves the following responsibilities:
- prepare validation test programs for platform and customer projects, ensuring alignment with technical specifications and regulatory requirements
- Partition test plans into individual tests and test series, coordinating execution with test field teams and ensuring timely completion
- Perform evaluation of test samples, analyze results, and generate detailed technical reports with findings and recommendations
- Collaborate with system and design engineers to discuss validation results, identify issues, and implement corrective actions
- Support the planning, development, and commissioning of eAxle validation test infrastructure and facilities
- Conduct root cause analysis on validation failures and anomalies, documenting findings and preventive measures
- Maintain comprehensive validation documentation and traceability matrices for audit and compliance purposes
Bachelor's degree in Electrical Electronics Engineering, Mechatronics, or related field
3+ years of experience in electric vehicle system validation engineering
