BGSV nowadays have over 4,000 associates, with a global footprint and presence in the US, Europe, and the Asia Pacific region.\nWith our unique ability to offer end-to-end solutions that connect sensors, software, and services, we enable businesses to move from the traditional to digital or improve businesses by introducing a digital element in their products and processes.\n Quarter 4 JOINING BONUS\nCandidates with 4+ years of relevant experience who join BGSV by the end of 31 December 2026 can receive a Joining Bonus equivalent to 1 month’s gross salary, subject to program eligibility and terms & conditions.\nAnalyse and break down customer and system requirements for ADAS vehicle motion features, including lateral and longitudinal control functions.\nDesign, implement, and maintain real-time automotive software for vehicle motion control, driver assistance, and active safety features.\nCollaborate with system, software, testing, calibration, and project stakeholders to clarify technical topics, resolve blockers, and ensure timely delivery.\nDevelop and support software verification activities such as unit testing, simulation-based testing, SIL/HIL validation, debugging, and defect analysis.\nParticipate in code reviews, design reviews, technical discussions, and continuous improvement activities to ensure robust software quality.\nProvide effort estimation, technical input, and risk feedback for project planning and release preparation.\nEnsure compliance with automotive development processes, coding standards, ASPICE expectations, and applicable functional safety practices.\nCommit to delivery timeline, software quality targets, and reliable performance of ADAS vehicle motion functions.\n ADAS and vehicle motion: Good understanding of vehicle dynamics, sensors, driver assistance functions, and lateral / longitudinal motion control.\nSoftware engineering: Strong C++ programming skills with solid knowledge of SDLC, requirement engineering, debugging, and code quality practices.\nTesting and validation: Experience with unit testing, software test methodology, gTest, defect analysis, and issue resolution.\nTools and process: Experience with Git, GitHub / Bitbucket, Visual Studio Code, configuration management, defect tracking, ASPICE, and Functional Safety practices.\nCollaboration: Strong communication skills with the ability to work independently, handle multiple stakeholders, and contribute effectively in a project team.\nPreferred skills: CAN / FlexRay, MATLAB, Python scripting, vehicle-specific physics, and XC-AS PMT know-how.\n Why EDA?\nThe EDA department specializes in Advanced Driver Assistance System (ADAS), in advanced products such as radar, front/rear/surround video, and ultrasonic sensors, supporting software & system development and project management roles.
