Utilizing cutting-edge technologies like ADAS Level 2++, Sensor Fusion, and AI, the team serves global clients including Japan, China, Europe, and Vietnam, with a strong focus on security, safety, and smart mobility solutions.\nCheck out department portfolio at following link.\nYour Main Responsibilities\nThe software architect will be responsible for setting up the Project Definition of products under mainstream.\nResponsibilities towards supporting the customer project teams and provide best possible solutions from SW Arch Perspectives\nResponsibilities towards understanding the needs for customer project teams w.r.t regional and OEM expectations\nParticipate in making design decisions and play the role of a key stakeholder in the change control board\nMentor, guide, and part know how of software architectural best practices and enforce relevant processes associated\nEvaluate risks, estimate proposed changes, provide alternate solutions, and closely work with the development community\nMaintain the architecture artifacts with top notch quality, keep track of compliance topics and must represent ASPICE evaluations\nMust participate in key reviews and provide suggestions and solutions towards various aspects of software development\nManage technical complexities and must be able to drive, enforce and evaluate best practices with various stakeholders and make process enhancements for the entire development fraternity as needed.\nDevelop blueprints for software development based on functional and non-functional requirements and fulfill the identified architectural drivers.\nKeep a watchful view on current and future architecture trends and drive deployment of state-of-the-art future technical needs within the organization\nMust work with multisite teams and represent organization for software architecture with interdisciplinary mindset\n Mandatory Requirement\nMust have hands on exposure in developing software architectures in the automotive.\nGood knowledge of software architecture standards, design patterns, architectural style, and technical infrastructure.\nMust be able to base software architecture descriptions based on different programming languages (C & C++ is a must)\nExperience with Requirements management, traceability, and software architecture tools (DOORS.)\nSDLC with agile methodologies and practices\nExperience with micro controller\nresource management and software performance optimization (multi-core and distributed systems)\nMust have excellent spoken and written English language communication skills (certification in ISAQB is an added advantage)\nSoft skills to manage stake holders and lead a team of architects\nOpenness towards people topics is an added advantage\nIn depth know how of Embedded systems and associated real time operating systems.\nKnow-how of different vehicle architectures and associated systems (AUTOSAR is a must)\nKnow-how of various automotive standards (involving security, safety, connected systems etc.)\nMust be familiar with code quality and compliance aspects (MISRA, and other programming language standards)\nMust be able to execute automotive software quality processes (ASPICE representation is a MUST and a key qualifier needed for this role.)\nHandle product related variances and ensure re-usability of the software\nNice-to-Have Requirement\nKnowledge on ISO26262, ASPICE\n Why BOSCH?\nBecause we do not just follow trends, we create them.
