This role involves working across the full software lifecycle-from requirements analysis to system integration and validation-while collaborating with global teams, suppliers, and customers.\nKey Responsibilities\nAnalyze system and software requirements and translate them into AUTOSAR-based solutions.\nDesign, configure, and integrate AUTOSAR Classic software components (SWCs, BSW, RTE).\nSoftware integration activities using embedded C in a multi-layered AUTOSAR environment.\nPerform root cause analysis, debugging, and resolution of software defects.\nPerform unit, integration, and system-level testing.\nCollaborate with cross-functional teams (systems, hardware, validation) to ensure end-to-end system performance.\nInterface with team members to clarify requirements, track issues, and drive closure.\nSupport release activities, including build, validation, and defect triage.\n Required Qualifications\n2 years experience\nStrong experience with AUTOSAR Classic architecture (BSW specially COM layer, MCAL, RTE, SWCs).\nEmbedded C programming and software integration.\nUnderstanding of software development lifecycle (V-model) in automotive environments.\nExperience in requirement analysis, design, and test case development.\nDebugging skills in embedded systems.\nExperience working with automotive communication protocols (CAN, LIN).\nAbility to work with global teams.\nFluent English communication skills (written and verbal).\nPreferred Qualifications\nExperience with AUTOSAR configuration and development tools.\nHands-on experience with Vector CANoe for network simulation, testing, and debugging.\nExperience using iSYSTEM winIDEA for debugging and target-level analysis.\nKnowledge of functional safety (ISO 26262) and/or ASPICE processes.\nExperience working with OEMs or Tier 1 suppliers.\nExposure to CI/CD pipelines and automated testing in embedded environments.\n Get to know more about how we work at Bosch
