Bosch Global Software Technologies Company Limited (BGSV) is 100% owned subsidiary of Robert Bosch GmbH, offering end-to-end Engineering, IT, and Business Solutions.
Starting its operation from 2010 at Etown 2 in HCMC, BGSV is the first software development center of Bosch in Southeast Asia. BGSV nowadays have over 4,000 associates, with a global footprint and presence in the US, Europe, and the Asia Pacific region. BGSV currently operates from three offices located at the following addresses:
1. Etown Building - 364 Cong Hoa Street, Ward 13, Tan Binh District, Ho Chi Minh City, Vietnam
2. OfficeHaus Building - 32 Tan Thang Street, Son Ky Ward, Tan Phu District, Ho Chi Minh City, Vietnam
3. Capital Place Building - 29 Lieu Giai Street, Ngoc Khanh Ward, Ba Dinh District, Hanoi, Vietnam
- Efficiently manage the Section Head's calendar, scheduling meetings, appointments, and events.
- Coordinate travel arrangements, including visa documents, flights, accommodations, transportation and ensuring seamless itineraries.
- Greet and assist visitors to the office, ensuring a professional and welcoming experience.
- Maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion.
- Collaborate with the support team/dept coordinator team to coordinate section-wise workshops and events.
- Ensure all necessary arrangements for workshops and events are in place, including venue booking, materials, and logistics.
- Purchase office supplies as per regulations, ensuring adequate stock levels and compliance with procurement policies.
- Maintaining up-to-date information consistently across all digital platforms both internal and external (as per RB guidelines) to enable Branding & Communication
- Perform other administrative and assistant tasks as assigned.
- Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Secretary, Linguistics, or related field
- 1- 2 years of experience in a similar position or working with expats is preferred.
- Good English skills (especially speaking, writing, and listening)
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint), especially Excel and PowerPoint.
- Strong communication and negotiation skill, team-work spirit, and high sense of responsibility.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously and act/ think fast in urgent situations/requests.
- Proactive, detail-oriented, and well-organized
