BGSV nowadays have over 4,000 associates, with a global footprint and presence in the US, Europe, and the Asia Pacific region.\nWith our unique ability to offer end-to-end solutions that connect sensors, software, and services, we enable businesses to move from the traditional to digital or improve businesses by introducing a digital element in their products and processes.\n Quarter 4 JOINING BONUS\nCandidates with 4+ years of relevant experience who join BGSV by the end of 31 December 2026 can receive a Joining Bonus equivalent to 1 month’s gross salary, subject to program eligibility and terms & conditions.\nMain Roles and Responsibilities\nWork as part of Bosch’s global ADAS teams to develop and integrate AUTOSAR Classic BSW and diagnostics software for next-generation driver assistance ECUs (radar, camera, sensor fusion, domain controllers).\nRoles & Responsibilities\nDevelop and maintain embedded AUTOSAR Classic software (BSW and low-level SW) for ADAS ECUs using C\nConfigure, integrate, and debug AUTOSAR BSW modules, with focus on: Diagnostics, CAN Communication, Failure management and PDM.\nCollaborate closely with global system, hardware, and application teams to ensure end-to-end integration of BSW with ADAS applications (e.g., radar, camera, sensor fusion).\nParticipate in the complete software development lifecycle: requirements analysis, architecture & design, implementation, unit/integration testing, debug, and maintenance.\nOptimize software performance and memory usage for resource-constrained embedded systems.\nConduct code reviews, ensure adherence to Bosch coding guidelines, MISRA rules (if applicable), and best practices.\nDevelop and execute unit tests and integration tests; support SIL/HIL testing and vehicle testing as needed.\nEnsure compliance with ISO 26262 (functional safety) and Automotive SPICE processes contribute to work products and assessments.\nCreate and maintain software architecture, design, and interface documentation for global stakeholders.\nUse tools such as CANoe, CANalyzer, debuggers, emulators, and simulators for development, analysis, and issue resolution.\nStay updated with the latest AUTOSAR specifications and implement compliant software solutions.\nContribute to the development of software architecture and design documents.\nCollaborate with hardware engineers to ensure optimal software-hardware integration.\nParticipate in technical discussions in an international, distributed team; and actively provide innovative solutions to complex engineering challenges.\nWork, design reviews, and continuous improvement initiatives.\n Mandatory Qualifications\nBachelor’s / Master’s degree in Electronics, Electrical, Mechatronics, Computer Science, or related field.\nStrong written and verbal communication skills in English; comfortable collaborating in global teams.\nTechnical Skills\n Have experience in embedded software development\nStrong Technical skills preferably in automotive domain & Good experience in programming in C, C++ for embedded systems.\nExperience with AUTOSAR Classic architecture and BSW and ASPICE know-how.\nGood understanding of microcontrollers, low-level drivers, and embedded RTOS concepts.\nExperience / Familiarity in:Vehicle diagnostics and fault management SW\nAUTOSAR modules: Diagnostic Error Management (DEM), Diagnostic Communication Management (DCM), Communication Stack (CANEthernetLIN protocol)\nAutomotive protocols and standards: ISO 14229, ISO 15765, ISO 14230, ISO 26262.\n\nFamiliarity with CANoe, CANalyzer, and issue/requirement tracking tools (e.g., Jira, DOORS/ or similar).\nPrior Experience with ADAS-related ECUs (radar, camera, sensor fusion, braking/steering controllers) is a strong plus.\nSoft Skills\nSelf-driven, proactive, and able to take ownership of modules/features end-to-end.\nStrong teamwork, interpersonal skills, and problem-solving ability.\nHigh degree of self-discipline, quality focus, and willingness to learn new technologies in ADAS and autonomous driving.\n WHY YOU’LL LOVE WORKING WITH US\nBecause we don't just follow trends, we create them.\nBecause together we turn ideas into reality, working every day to make the world of tomorrow a better place.
