Funciones:
- Trato con bancos de datos para la planificación de la logística
- Verificación de facturas del material directo e indirecto (workflows) en cooperación con el departamento de contabilidad
- Contacto regular (en alemán, ingles y español) con proveedores y transportistas externos
- Gestión y control de los movimientos logísticos en SAP sobre materiales en consignación
- Colaboración en el registro de albaranes de proveedores en SAP
- Participación activa en Daily Management de logística
- Gestión y control de las irregularidades y anomalías logísticas
- Otorgamiento de certificados de recepción para la unión europea
- Cálculo y análisis de los Key Performance Indicators
Requisitos:
- Estudios de ADE o Grados relacionados con la logística
- Nivel alto de inglés y alemán deseable
- Buenos conocimientos de MS Office
- Matrícula en la universidad
Duración: 6 meses
Beca: 800€ brutos (jornada completa 40h/semana)
Horario: 8.00-17.00h (una hora de comer)
