This position will support EHS (Environment, Health and Safety Department) team with these following duties:
- Coordinate to arrange logistics of training classes as legal requirements
- Supporting in general administrative activities, such as design and issue team brochures, stamps, labels, and instructions
- Contribute to carrying out entry and exit processes
- Make daily and monthly report for access control
- Co-ordinate and support for team meetings, training
- Assist associates in taking general actions/tasks
- Undergraduate student majored in Labor and Safety /Environment / Technical are preferred or other majors
- Official university recommendation letter with stamp (mandatory)
- Commitment: full-time or at least 4 days/week
- Good at MS office (Word, Excel, Power point)
- Capable of communicating in English (both verbal and non-verbal)
- Willing-to-learn attitude
- Reliable, careful, pro-active, high-disciplined
- Non-experience is accepted
- Monthly Internship allowance + Meal & Parking allowance
