- In unserem Team bedienen Sie modernste Schweißroboter und führen präzise manuelle Schweißarbeiten im Elektrode- und MAG-Verfahren durch.
- Sie bestücken unsere Produktionsanlagen sorgfältig mit Bauteilen wie z. B. Deckeln, Böden, Anschlussrohren und Füßen.
- Darüber hinaus bedienen und rüsten Sie Maschinen nach vorgegebenem Plan und übernehmen verantwortungsbewusst TPM- sowie 5S-Tätigkeiten.
- Abschließend erkennen und bewerten Sie Schweißfehler zuverlässig und sorgen durch gezielte Nachbesserungen für höchste Qualität.
- Erfahrungen und Know-how: idealerweise erste Erfahrungen im Schweißen oder handwerkliches Geschick; auch Quereinsteiger:innen mit technischem Interesse sind willkommen
- Qualifikation: eine Schweiß-Prüfung (MAG und Elektrode) ist von Vorteil, aber nicht zwingend erforderlich - eine ausführliche Einarbeitung erfolgt
- Persönlichkeit und Arbeitsweise: Sie behalten auch unter körperlicher Belastung einen klaren Kopf und gehen bei Ihrer Arbeit strukturiert, eigenständig und qualitätsbewusst vor; Sie übernehmen Verantwortung und tragen durch Ihre kooperative Art zu einem positiven Miteinander im Team bei
