Pilbara.\nThis role is responsible for supervising a team of FIFO Field Service Technicians, ensuring service activities are planned, coordinated, and delivered safely, efficiently, and to a high standard.\nYou will play a key role in driving team performance, managing customer relationships, and supporting service growth across the region, while ensuring alignment with operational and business objectives.\nWhat you will be doing\nTeam Leadership & Service Delivery: Supervise and support FIFO field technicians, ensuring work is completed safely, efficiently, and to a high standard\nCustomer & Service Sales: Build strong relationships with customers, identify service opportunities, and support growth across the Pilbara region\nOperational Planning & Coordination: Manage scheduling, resources, and workloads to ensure service delivery targets are met\nQuality & Compliance: Ensure service quality standards are maintained, including reporting, documentation, and compliance requirements\nPeople & Capability: Ensure team licences, tickets, inductions, and competencies are current, and support ongoing development\nReporting & Documentation: Oversee timely and accurate completion of service reports, quotations, and job documentation\n Continuous Improvement & Growth: Identify opportunities to improve service delivery, support planning, and contribute to operational growth\n Trade qualification in Mechanical Fitting, Hydraulics, or similar\n5+ years’ experience in field service or working with hydraulic systems\nPrevious experience leading or supervising field service teams\nStrong knowledge of mining or heavy industry environments, ideally within the Pilbara\nProven ability to manage customer relationships and drive service outcomes\nStrong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities\nStrong communication skills with the ability to engage teams and customers effectively\nHigh attention to detail
