Work #LikeABosch\n\nReinvent yourself: At Bosch, you will evolve.\n\nDiscover new directions: At Bosch, you will find your place.\n\nBalance your life: At Bosch, your job matches your lifestyle.\n\nCelebrate success: At Bosch, we celebrate you.\n\nBe yourself: At Bosch, we value values.\n\nShape tomorrow: At Bosch, you change lives.\nScope & Responsibilities:\nLead for product area reporting, including full product line P&L ownership, ensuring on-time delivery (OTD) and first-pass yield (FPY) for business plan, current forecast, and month-end closing activities.\nAct as the primary interface with manufacturing plants on all controlling topics, driving alignment and transparency across operations.\n Prepare and present all financial reporting and analysis for product area leadership, supporting key decisions through clear, data-driven insights.\nLead process automation initiatives - develop and maintain Power BI dashboards, Power Query data models, and advanced Excel solutions to improve forecast accuracy, reduce manual effort, and accelerate reporting cycles.\nPartner with IT and cross-functional teams to optimize data pipelines, enhance data quality, and implement self-service analytics tools for stakeholders.\nMentor junior analysts on reporting automation, financial modeling, and visualization best practices, building a stronger, data-literate finance organization.\nDrive special projects, scenario modeling, and ad-hoc analyses to support leadership decision-making and strategic initiatives.\n Basic Qualifications:\nBachelor's degree in accounting/finance or a related field.\nMinimum of 3 years finance-related experience (5+ years preferred for Sr. Analyst).\nPreferred Qualifications:\nMBA highly preferred.\n2-4 years of plant, cost, or sales controlling experience; experience collaborating with manufacturing operations is a plus.\nExperience with SAP, Oracle, IBM planning analytics, and business intelligence platforms such as Power BI, Power Query, and other automation tools.\nDemonstrated ability to design and deploy automated reporting solutions for P&L, cost center, and KPI tracking.\nStrong Excel/PowerPoint skills, including macros, pivot tables, and dashboard creation.\nProven track record of leading process improvements, implementing best practices, and driving efficiency across financial reporting.\nExcellent analytical, presentation, critical thinking, and communication skills with the ability to influence stakeholders.\n Indefinite U.S. work authorized individuals only.
