Gerektiğinde ikame araç süreçlerini koordine eder.\nKullanım süresi sona eren araçların iade süreçlerini yönetir; araç kontrollerini gerçekleştirir ve gerekli işlemlerin tamamlanmasını sağlar.\nAraçlara ait ruhsat, sigorta, kullanıcı, bakım, kilometre, hasar ve maliyet bilgilerinin doğruluğunu ve güncelliğini sağlar.\nAraç kullanım oranları, bakım ve hasar maliyetleri ile operasyonel performansa ilişkin raporlar hazırlar; araç kullanılabilirliği ve hizmet seviyesi göstergelerini takip ederek iyileştirme alanlarını belirler.\nTelematik cihazları, GPS sistemleri ve diğer dijital filo çözümlerinin operasyonel kullanımını takip eder;
