Your contribution to something big:
Within Bosch Mobility, you will lead the Process Solution Team for the process chain B2P (Budget-to-Perform) and I2P-IP (Investment Planning):
- As global lead and target manager, you will be responsible to manage and develop a team of more than 70 process consultants which are globally spread at more than 25 locations
- Together with your supporting regional leads, you will enable the deploy activities, in particular the strategic digital transformation programs and orchestrate operations.
- Further key aspects and responsibilities of the role are:
- Manage the BBM Process Expert Network
- Be the key contact for the BBM locations and legal entities for all deploy and run activities in B2P
- Define and develop the global expert footprint and required competencies
- Align requirements with related M Functional Excellences
- Push sustainable BBM Process Improvements
- Continuously improve the case management for B2P as well for I2P-IP and manage Team KPI/KPR
- Support and build AI, automation, low code and analytics solutions for B2P and I2P-IP
What distinguishes you:
- work experience in the automotive industry with sound overall Business Process knowledge,
- ability to collaborate and lead in a cross-functional team environment in a global set up,
- experience in leading an expert team or project team,
- experience in Controlling, Finance processes and IT environment (esp. R/3, S/4)),
- PMI PMP (Project Management Professional) certification or equivalent,
- Living motivation and empowerment of people, good interpersonal skills,
- analytical thinking and problem-solving and decision-making abilities,
- self-organization, structured, responsible, entrepreneurial, goal & future-oriented,
- very good verbal and written communication and presentation skills (English required, German optional),
- ability to coordinate a larger number of activities,
- Considering schedules and priorities,
- problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
