This position performs die changeovers, setups, and operates single stroke mechanical presses (70 tons and up) to blank, punch, and form parts to specifications.\nKey Responsibilities\nRead, communicate, and understand Operational Method Sheets (OMS) and job instructions\nHandle materials to and from workstations and prepare equipment for production\nOperate press to punch and form parts according to specifications\nPerform die changeovers and select appropriate materials\nTroubleshoot and resolve setup-related issues or seek technical support as needed\nAdjust and tighten hold down bolts, dies, springs, and pins, lubricate materials and parts\nComplete all required production paperwork\nReport work shortages and perform rework as needed\nMaintains quality standards including first and last part inspection or parts produced against OMS and/or specifications.\nMaintain a clean and organized work area.\nFollow all safety protocols and company procedures.\nOther duties as assigned.\n High school diploma or equivalent required\nPrevious experience using press machines, other machining and manufacturing preferred.\nAbility to read OMS and quality specifications\nExcellent attention to detail\nCommitment to workplace safety and continuous improvement support\n Indefinite U.S. work authorized individuals only.
