This role involves managing psychrometric labs, and ensuring complete product quality through verification and compliance testing of VRF air conditioner products.\nYou will be responsible for hands-on testing of VRF air conditioner products, analyzing results, and driving validation processes at system levels.\nHow you will do it:\nStrong communication and team collaboration skills and understanding of testing methodologies\nApply knowledge of HVAC testing standards like IS 18728, IS 8148, ISO 15042, ISO 13253, AHRI 1230, AHRI 210/240 etc. for VRF air conditioner products\nDeep understanding of VRF air conditioner product working & its critical component functionality\nSupport product certification, compliance, and regulatory approvals (e.g., AHRI, ISO, EN standards)\nMaintain & execute operations of VRF test lab & its facilities.
