With our agile mindset and working culture, we are a key driver of digital transformation at Bosch.\nYour future colleagues include solution architects and cloud software developers, UX and business model designers, digital marketers, consultants, and project managers in a diverse team.\nWe are as international as our customers and work in interdisciplinary teams at locations all over the world.\n As an HR Associate / Payroll Specialist, you will play a key role in ensuring the accuracy, efficiency, and compliance of our payroll and HR operations.\nYou will work closely with internal teams and external partners to support seamless payroll processes, maintain high-quality employee data, and contribute to the smooth execution of core HR activities.\nIn our fast-paced, people-centered environment, your attention to detail, time management and structured approach will be essential in delivering reliable processes and supporting a consistent employee experience.\nYour contribution to something big:\nPayroll Management\nProcess monthly payroll accurately and on time;\nMaintain payroll records, including salaries, bonuses, deductions, and benefits;\nPrepare payroll-related reports and documentation to support a smooth payroll process;\nContribute to the development and implementation of payroll policies and procedures in line with best practices and regulatory requirements;\nSupport employees with payroll-related questions and concerns.\nHR Administration\nMaintain accurate employee records and HR databases;\nSupport onboarding and offboarding processes;\nPrepare employment contracts, amendments, and HR documentation;\nManage and track employee absences and leave balances;\nAssist in the maintenance and continuous improvement of HR policies and procedures.\nCompliance & Reporting\nEnsure compliance with labor laws, internal policies, and regulatory requirements;\nSupport audits and compliance reviews by providing accurate documentation and information;\nGenerate and manage HR and payroll reports, ensuring timely and accurate data across functions;\nCollaborate with global HR teams to ensure consistency, alignment, and compliance.\n What distinguishes you:\nBachelor's or Master's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field;\nProven experience in an HR Administration, ideally in a fast-paced, international environment;\nStrong knowledge of payroll processes and labor legislation;\nFamiliarity with local HR policies and legal requirements;\nComfortable working with HR analytics and reporting tools.
