Primary areas of responsibility include support in talent acquisition, HR analytics, Onboarding, communication plan and support positive cultural preservation.\nEssential Functions:\nImplementing end-to-end recruitment process, including:Profile alignment and consulting with hiring manager\nJob posting and advertising\nManaging applicant tracking system\nLiaising with 3rd party recruiters or leasing agencies\nAttending job fairs, if available\nResume and phone screening interviewing\nCoordinating interview schedules with hiring managers\nArranging candidate travel (if needed).\nAssisting in the preparation of an employment offer\nCollecting pre-employment documentation and other requirements\nWelcome and on-boarding/orientation meetings\n\nOversees the onboarding process, including;Initiation of background checks and drug screens\nNew hire bundles\nPreparing orientation schedules\nCoordinating with key players in other departments\nDelivers new hire HR orientation.\n\nOversees the termination process to include notifying relevant internal parties, ensuring all items are completed.\nOrganizes training sessions as needed.\nFirst point of contact for Benefits Annual Enrollment which may include conducting annual presentations.\nProcesses additional payments (i.e., sales commissions, bonuses).\nPrepares and collates reportsSupports the HRBP in the analyses of HR KPI’s and their fulfillment by generating accurate, high-quality reports relating to hiring, sickness, attrition, diversity, etc.\n\nAssociate Engagement ActivitiesSupports local site events geared towards associate engagement.\n\n*Any HR related activities as required at the site\n Competencies:\nRequired:\nKnowledge of human resources management practices and US labor / employment law.\nAbility to effectively resolve issues, by using judgment that is consistent with standards, practices, policies, procedures, regulation, or federal/state law.\nExcellent skill in both verbal and written communication, with financial and business acumen.\nExcellent organizational skills and attention to detail.\nExcellent time management skills with a proven ability to meet deadlines.\nMust be a self-starter who is flexible to changing business demands;
