This role provides an excellent opportunity to gain broad exposure to HR governance, associate compensation and rewarding topics, employee benefits, HR data analytics, policy management, and regional HR projects.\nThe successful candidate will support the HRR team in ensuring compliant application of HR policies, analysing key metrics, maintaining governance documentation, supporting benefits-related activities, and contributing to the development and revision of HR policies and guidance materials.\nThis role is suitable for somebody with a strong interest in Human Resources and people-related topics\nKey Responsibilities:\nSupport regional HR projects relating to governance, benefits, data, and policy topics.\nAssist with drafting, updating, and maintaining HR policies, procedures, and communications.\nProduce and analyse HR reports, dashboards, and presentations using Microsoft Office tools.\nMaintain accurate records, trackers, and documentation, ensuring a high standard of data quality.\nSupport employee benefits administration and related communications activities.\nCollaborate with stakeholders across the business and provide administrative support for HR initiatives and meetings.\n Essential Skills:\nStrong written English with the ability to draft professional documentation, policies, and communications.\nConfident verbal communication skills and the ability to engage with stakeholders at different levels of the organisation.\nProficiency in Microsoft PowerPoint for creating professional presentations.\nAdvanced Microsoft Excel skills, including data analysis, formulas, pivot tables, and reporting.\nStrong numerical and analytical capabilities.\nAbility to interpret data, identify trends, and present findings clearly.\nHighly organised with excellent attention to detail.\nAbility to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines.\nDesirable Skills:\nPrevious work, volunteering, or extracurricular experience.\nAn interest in Human Resources and people-related topics.\nExperience undertaking research, data analysis, or report-writing as part of academic studies.\nExperience working collaboratively on group projects or activities.\nA proactive and curious approach to learning.\n This is a 12-month internship beginning in July 2027. This position is open to undergraduate students who are eligible to partake in a work placement as part of their university course.\nLocation: you will be based at the Denham office.\nAs an Intern at Bosch, you will participate in an exclusive learning and development programme called the BUILD Programme designed to support you through your internship journey.
