Whether in the areas of mobility solutions, consumer goods, industrial technology or energy and building technology - with us, you will have the chance to improve the lives of people across the world.\nWelcome to Bosch.\nThe Bosch Group operates in four business sectors: Mobility Solutions, Industrial Technology, Consumer Goods, and Energy and Building Technology employing over 420,000 associates in 128 countries worldwide - 85,000 associates in research and development, of which nearly 44,000 are software engineers, and more than 6,000 associates in the UK and Ireland.\n This HR Intern - Operations, Employee Experience & Administration role focuses on employee and manager support, communications, recruitment coordination and HR service delivery.\nKey Responsibilities:\nAct as a first point of contact for employees and managers, providing guidance and support on a range of HR processes and queries.\nWork closely with our HR Services team in Budapest, raising requests and tracking progress to ensure an excellent employee experience and timely resolution of issues.\nSupport the management of the absence process, ensuring employees and managers are appropriately informed, documentation is maintained and cases are escalated where required.\nCoordinate administrative activities relating to the annual trainee recruitment programme, including candidate communications, interview scheduling and onboarding activities.\nCreate and maintain HR communications, ensuring content on the Bosch intranet remains engaging, accurate and relevant to employees.\nDraft employee correspondence including contract amendments, confirmation letters and other HR documentation.\nSupport employee engagement initiatives, helping to coordinate events, communications and activities throughout the employee lifecycle.\nAssist HR Business Partners with day-to-day activities, projects and continuous improvement initiatives that enhance the employee experience.\nBuild strong relationships with key stakeholders across the business, demonstrating a customer-focused approach and a high level of professionalism.\n You should be studying for a degree in a relevant discipline e.g. Ideally HR focused degree, however Business Management, Psychology, Business Analytics also relevant.\nStrong attention to detail and organisational skills \nGood interpersonal/communication skills\nSelf-motivated and eager to learn\nHave excellent English communication skills both verbal and written\nExperience using Microsoft Office, including Word, Excel and PowerPoint\n This is a 12-month internship beginning in July 2027. This position is open to undergraduate students who are eligible to partake in a work placement as part of their university course.\nLocation: you will be based at the Denham office.\nAs an Intern at Bosch, you will participate in an exclusive learning and development programme called the BUILD Programme designed to support you through your internship journey.
