Whether in the areas of mobility solutions, consumer goods, industrial technology or energy and building technology - with us, you will have the chance to improve the lives of people across the world.\nWelcome to Bosch.\nThe Bosch Group operates in four business sectors: Mobility Solutions, Industrial Technology, Consumer Goods, and Energy and Building Technology employing over 420,000 associates in 128 countries worldwide - 85,000 associates in research and development, of which nearly 44,000 are software engineers, and more than 6,000 associates in the UK and Ireland.\n Systems, Data & Administration\nThis role focuses on HR administration, systems, reporting, payroll support and process compliance.\nKey Responsibilities:\nProvide high-quality HR administrative support, maintaining accurate employee records and ensuring documentation is stored appropriately within electronic personnel files.\nManage HR system updates relating to employee lifecycle events including starters, leavers, organisational changes and absence records.\nWork closely with our HR Services team in Budapest to process transactions and monitor service requests through to completion.\nPrepare and submit monthly reports and payroll-related information to the Global Services Payroll team, ensuring accuracy and adherence to deadlines.\nGenerate HR documentation and correspondence in line with company processes and compliance requirements.\nProduce regular reports from SAP and other HR systems, analysing data and identifying trends to support business decision-making.\nSupport HR audits and compliance activities by ensuring employee records and system data remain accurate and up to date.\nAssist with process documentation and continuous improvement activities, helping to streamline HR administration and reporting processes.\nSupport the wider HR team on projects requiring data analysis, reporting and administrative coordination.\n You should be studying for a degree in a relevant discipline e.g. Ideally HR focused degree, however Business Management, Psychology, Business Analytics also relevant.\nStrong attention to detail and organisational skills \nGood interpersonal/communication skills\nSelf-motivated and eager to learn\nHave excellent English communication skills both verbal and written\nExperience using Microsoft Office, including Word, Excel and PowerPoint\n This is a 12-month internship beginning in July 2027. This position is open to undergraduate students who are eligible to partake in a work placement as part of their university course.\nLocation: you will be based at the Denham office.\nAs an Intern at Bosch, you will participate in an exclusive learning and development programme called the BUILD Programme designed to support you through your internship journey.
