YOU WIN.\n What will you take care of?\nAs an HR Intern, you will join the Bosch Rexroth HR team and gain hands-on experience across the entire employee lifecycle, actively supporting HR Administration, Training & Development, and Organizational / HR Business Partnering activities.\nHR Administration:\nSupport core administrative processes across onboarding and offboarding.\nAssist in managing relationships with Universities and agencies for internship activations and documentation.\nProvide operational support for SAP ticketing, payroll input data, and employees' daily administrative requests.\nTraining & Development:\nSupport the planning, scheduling, and logistics of technical and corporate training programs.\nMonitor course attendance, collect training feedback, and assist in performance management cycles.\nOrganization & HR Projects:\nSupport internal HR communications, organizational tasks, and employee engagement initiatives.\nPrepare recurring HR reports and data analysis using Microsoft Excel.\nWork closely with a dynamic HR team and internal department managers in an HR Business Partnering model.\nContribute ideas to optimize internal workflows and digitalize HR tools\n What distinguishes you?\nEducation: Recent graduate or graduating student in Human Resources, Economics, or Management Engineering.\nTechnical Skills: proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Excel (data analysis, formulas, reporting) and PowerPoint; familiarity with SAP or HR systems is a plus.\nLanguages: Good knowledge of English (B2 level or higher); fluent Italian.\n Soft Skills: High attention to detail, proactive mindset (\"hands-on\" approach), strong organization, discretion, and natural interpersonal and teamwork abilities.\n Bosch is proud to be an Equal Opportunity Employer.
