The department supports with development requirements and organises training courses at various locations throughout the UK and online.\nAs an important member of the team, you will support us with our projects and provide assistance to both employees and training suppliers.\nYour Contribution To Something Big:\nPreparation of training course material packs and support of trainers on site and virtually\nSupporting the management of the intern programme\nSupporting the training evaluation process\nCooperating with and supporting the training administration team\nCreating a variety of key visuals and updating the internal website\nInvolvement in various departmental projects as required and according to skills for example, Coaching, Mentoring and Health and Wellbeing.\nResponsibility for selected training portfolios.\n Studying an undergraduate degree in HR, Psychology or Business.\nProficient in all Microsoft Office packages: Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook and Teams\nExcellent English communication skills, both verbal and written\nGood attention to detail and the ability to prioritise workload in order to meet deadlines\nAble to multi-task and manage various projects simultaneously\nGood, clear telephone manner\nFriendly individual with excellent interpersonal and customer skills and gets on well with others\n This is a 11-month internship starting on the 16th August 2027, ending on the 31st July 2028. This position is open to undergraduate students who are eligible to partake in a work placement as part of their university course.\nLocation: you will be based at the Denham office.\nAs an Intern at Bosch, you will participate in an exclusive learning and development programme called the BUILD Programme designed to support you through your internship journey. It includes a mixture of in-person and virtual sessions on topics including Effective Communication and Leading Myself provided by expert external trainers.\nInterview Process and Right to Work Information: \nShortlisted candidates will then be invited to participate in a face-to-face interview by the hiring team and/or an assessment centre.\nYou must have the right to live and work in the UK when you start your placement and for the full duration of your placement.
