Capital Place Building - 29 Lieu Giai Street, Ngoc Khanh Ward, Ba Dinh District, Hanoi, Vietnam\n Key Responsibilities\nDevelop visual concepts and storyboards based on requirements.\n\nDesign visual materials and create content for HR campaigns, employee engagement activities, internal communications, and email marketing, including banners, posters, presentations, and digital assets.\n\nCapture and produce engaging photos and videos for social media, internal communications, and company activities.\n\nSupport employee experience initiatives, including DEI, promotion events, and company events, from planning and coordination to execution and post-event communications.\n\nCoordinate with relevant stakeholders, manage tasks independently, and ensure accuracy and timely delivery.\n\nPerform other tasks as assigned by the manager.\n\nGood communication skills in both English and Vietnamese.\n\nAble to work independently in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.\n\nExperience in event organization, project coordination, content creation, photography, video editing, or design is a plus.\n\n Last year students in: Marketing, Communication, Human Resources, Economics or related majors.\n\nOfficial university recommendation letter with stamp (mandatory)\n\nCommitment: full-time or at least 4 days/week\n\nDetail-oriented and possess good organizational skills\n\nProficiency in design and video editing programs such as Adobe Illustrator, Photoshop, Adobe Premiere, After Effects, etc.\n\nDetail-oriented and ability to create visually appealing communication materials using Microsoft PowerPoint, including formatting text, images, visual elements and colors in a clear, balanced, and professional way.\n\nGood communication skills in both English and Vietnamese.\n\nAble to work independently in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.\n\nExperience in event organization, project coordination, content creation, or design projects is a plus.\n\n WHY BOSCH?\nBecause we do not just follow trends, we create them.
