With a young and agile team, RBAI’s mission statement ‘Be RBAI’ (Be Reliable Benchmark Agile Innovative) is a testament to our commitment in providing best in class products and services for its customers.\n Regular:\n1.Ensure the adherence to manufacturing process compliance with legal & safety\nrequirements, customer requirements, Bosch standards and process specifications\nand ensure the team also follows the same\n2.Maintain the uptime of testing equipment, including Functional Testers (FT), Flash\nTesters, In-Circuit Testers (ICT), and Intermediate test (IMT) stations.\n3.Quickly identify part failure issues in testers, conduct in-depth investigations into\ntester cards failures, contact pin issues and wire harness problems..\n4.Prepare Initial Analysis Reports (IAR) for each occurrence (Breakdown), including\nrecommended measures for resolution.\n5.Implement systematic problem-solving techniques to address and resolve issues\neffectively.\n6.Take responsibility for spare parts management, ensuring availability and\nreadiness Manage obsolete spares efficiently.\n7.Participate in design reviews, providing input on testability and reliability aspects.\n8.Collaborate with Cross-Functional Teams (CFT) to address open issues and\nincorporate feedback.\n9.Tooling Management.\n10.Effective Escalation to suppliers on open points and breakdowns work towards\nclosing them.\n11.Should maintain 5S and Safety in his work place\nPeriodic:\n1. Evaluate and integrate new automated testing tools/jig and methodologies.\n2.Analyze test results and provide feedback to process owners and product\ndevelopment team.\n2. Co-ordination with Process owner for improvement activities\n3. Quick Adaption of Change Management.\n4. Create Machine FMEA and review. Change potential points into CBM.\n5. Knowledge transfer and Lessons Learned deployment across the team members.\n6. RPP measure implementation for productivity and process improvements (e.g.\nTool life extension, Tool/Spare parts localization )\n7. Proactive identification of potential quality risks / Breakdown and containment /\ncorrection work on Predictive action.\nOccasional:\n1. Optimization of resources Electrical power consumption, Pneumatic / Nitrogen /\nChilled water / Vacuum etc.\n2. Involvement in Customer Complaint Problem Solving.\n3.Collaboration with other manufacturing location\n4.Supporting production through System & Point-CIPs.\n5. Support Cross functional teams (including support with issues on TA, yield,\nquality, delivery, cycle time, failure analysis.)\n6.
