Formar y capacitar a los aprendices dentro del Centro de Formación Dual en temas de mecánica, electrónica, neumática, hidráulica, automatización e implementación de Industria 4.0, así como adaptarse a las nuevas tecnologías del proceso a la formación de aprendices del sistema dual con la finalidad de cumplir con las competencias requeridas por las áreas técnicas de QueP1.

  • Supervisar e instruir las prácticas en el área de automatización del Centro de Formación Dual para cumplir con las necesidades específicas de nuestro centro de formación dual.
  • Verificar la operación del aula de automatización del Centro de Formación Dual de acuerdo con las instrucciones de trabajo establecidas en las estaciones del Centro de Formación Dual a fin de asegurar su aplicación en la planta.
  • Evaluar los conocimientos adquiridos acordes al programa de mecatrónica: especialidad en manufactura flexible a fin de cumplir con los requerimientos de la AHK.
  • Aplicar, evaluar y documentar exámenes prácticos y teóricos a los aprendices para cubrir con los requerimientos de la AHK.

Nivel académico: Ingeniería en Automatización, Electrónica, Procesos, Eléctrica o Mecatrónica

Idiomas: Inglés intermedio

Conocimientos:

  • Instruir: formar a los aprendices del Centro de Formación Dual en temas electromecánico, programación, automatización, electrónica analógica y digital con la finalidad de prepararlos para las evaluaciones TAP.
  • El instructor deberá tener conocimientos en programación de PLC avanzado (PROFINET, PROFIBUS), robotica, convertidores de frecuencia e I4.0.
  • Experiencia de instructor o maestro en sistemas duales de CAMEXA.
  • Tener certificación por la CAMEXA.
