experienced professionals.\nResponsibilities:\nPerforming basic monitoring of Server Infrastructure (Virtual Server, Windows, Linux, )\nAnalyzing, assessing and investigating alerts, warnings and errors generated by the corporate IT systems, applications and infrastructure components and issued by users\nPerforming operational tasks connected with corporate IT infrastructure (Remote Infrastructure Management)\nCollaborate with internal support teams to resolve technical issues.\n Current student (2nd to 4th year) in IT, Computer Science, or a related field.\nStrong English and Polish communication skills (spoken and written).\nFoundational knowledge of IT server administration (Windows, Linux, Virtual Server)\nAvailability to work min 30 hours per week.\nStrong communication skills with a proactive approach to learning.\nNice to Have:\nFamiliarity with cloud computing platforms such as AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud.\nInterest in automation tools and scripting
