In short, we create technology that is \"Invented for life\".\n Your contribution to something big\nThe Electrical team at Bosch in Tranås, Sweden is looking for an intern who’s eager to learn and get hands-on experience. You’ll be introduced to cable harness design, building samples and prototypes, electrical testing, and how certification works (LVD and EMC). You’ll primarily support the team with practical and theoretical tasks and, as you grow, you may take ownership of selected topics with guidance from experienced colleagues.\nExamples of tasks:\nSet up heat pumps in our lab, run tests, and help summarize results in clear reports.\nWith support, review internal/external requirements and help translate them into practical electrical requirements (safety, legal, functional, cost).\nBuild simple harness samples and install electrical components in heat pumps.\nJoin lab troubleshooting sessions and assist with analyzing electrical issues.\nAssist with EMC testing in our 5 m SAC EMC chamber and help with smaller EMC tests outside the chamber.\nOccasionally accompany colleagues to external test institutes.\nHelp gather input for time plans.\nSupport purchasing by reviewing specifications and participating in supplier meetings.\nAssist the manager with light administrative tasks.\nPrepare presentations in PowerPoint.\nDuration of the internship: 6 months preferably starting in March/April 2027\n What distinguishes you\nCurrently studying in a field related to electrical engineering, physics, mechatronics, or similar; alternatively, mechanical engineering with interest and some exposure to electrical topics.\nBasic familiarity with test equipment (e.g., multimeters, oscilloscopes, spectrum analyzers) is a plus - if you’re motivated, we’ll teach you.\nCurious, hands-on, and collaborative, with a willingness to learn.\nGood written and verbal communication skills in English.\n What we offer you\nMonetary compensation is included to support you during your internship\nWe can offer free accommodation in Tranås\nTo support your well-being, we provide a wellness contribution for use on fitness, sports, or wellness services\nWe cover your travel costs from your residence to Tranås, making relocation easier for you\nYou gain valuable experience working within an international company with global connections\nAt Bosch, we care for you, our business, and our environment.
