Join in and feel the difference.\n Job Description:\nUnderstand and analyze the existing maintenance ticketing system, including ticket lifecycle, data structure, and available data access methods (e.g. database or API)\nExtract, integrate, and model maintenance ticket data together with SMT line, machine, and technician master data\nDesign and develop a centralized maintenance operations dashboard providing visibility on: Open, pending, and closed tickets\nTechnician assignment, availability, and workload distribution\nResponse time, repair duration (MTTR), and ticket aging\nDowntime trends by SMT line, machine, and failure category\nSupport the transition to a centralized technician support model by visualizing cross-line support performance and identifying manpower imbalance\nDefine, implement, and track key maintenance KPIs aligned with operational targets requirements\n Qualifications\nProficiency in JavaScript, along with basic knowledge of HTML and CSS, is required.\nExperience with databases and SQL\nKnowledge of Tableau or PowerBI is an added advantage but not compulsory.\nStrong analytical and problem-solving skills, with a passion for working with big data.\nInterest in manufacturing operations, smart factory, or Industry 4.0\nCurrently pursuing a degree in Data Science, Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.\nFluent in spoken & written English\nPreferably able to commit fully for at least 5 months (full-time internship).\n Internship positions available for intake starting January 2025 and onward.\nPlease include internship
