Voor onze HRL-afdeling in Bosch Tienen zoeken we een gemotiveerde stagiair(e) die graag structuur brengt, initiatief neemt en wil bijdragen aan een professionele employee experience.\n Tijdens je stage ondersteun je het HRL-team bij verschillende operationele en projectmatige HR-thema’s. Je krijgt de kans om mee te werken aan processen die rechtstreeks impact hebben op medewerkers, leidinggevenden en nieuwe collega’s.\nOpvolgen van verplichte trainingen: rapportages voorbereiden, deadlines bewaken en communicatie naar medewerkers en leidinggevenden ondersteunen.\nVerzorgen van interne medewerkers communicatie en employer branding initiatieven.\nOndersteunen van de onboarding van praktikanten en stagiairs, zodat zij een vlotte en warme start krijgen binnen Bosch Tienen.\nMee organiseren van onze jaarlijkse welzijnsenquête, inclusief voorbereiding, communicatie, opvolging van deelname en ondersteuning bij de verwerking van resultaten.\nDigitalisering van HR Data en ondersteunen bij de opbouw van HR Dashboards\n Je volgt een opleiding in HR, bedrijfsmanagement, arbeids- en organisatiepsychologie, toegepaste psychologie of een gelijkaardige richting.\nJe werkt nauwkeurig, gestructureerd en discreet met vertrouwelijke informatie.\nJe neemt initiatief en vindt het leuk om processen te verbeteren en overzicht te creëren.\nJe communiceert vlot in het Nederlands en hebt een goede kennis van het Engels.\nJe kan goed werken met Excel en leert graag nieuwe digitale tools kennen.\nJe bent sociaal, leergierig en voelt je comfortabel in een professionele HR-omgeving.\n Wij bieden een leerrijke stage binnen een internationale en professionele HR-omgeving.
