[Internship] Project Management Intern (Japanese speaking)

• Support project management activities using various project management tools and coordinate with stakeholders across teams
• Create and maintain comprehensive project documentation and reports
• Ensure all project documents and information are current and effectively communicated within the project team
• Coordinate project meetings, prepare and distribute minutes of meetings (MOM)
• Prepare monthly working hour tracking reports
• Maintain and organize internal team administrative documentation
• Assist the Team Leader with administrative tasks as needed

• University degree in Economics, Languages, or related field
• English and Japanese language proficiency (N2 and above)
• Proficiency in MS Office (Excel and PowerPoint)
• Good communication and prioritization skills
• Patient and willing to learn
• Proactive in tackling problems and raising ideas
• Ability to work independently
