Internship Sales, Commercial and Logistics Coordination Support

Sales, Commercial & Logistics Coordination Support :
- Reporting of logistic and financial KPIs
- SAP Order management - account receivables reporting
- Change management: Distributing documents via customer portal
- Logistics claims : registration and follow up
- Interest for finance and accounting topics
- Customer specific requirements : Registration and follow-up
- Project work
- General support for sales, logistics and commercial team
- You are currently a business student with, by preference, specialization Business Administration, Logistics and Finance.
- Languages: fluent in English. German / Dutch / French is a plus.
- Very good computer skills in MS Office (e.g., Excel and PowerPoint); SAP is an asset
- Very good analytical and communication skills
- Organized and structured problem solver
- Pro-active towards process improvements
- Ability to work independently and with deadlines
If you are a student enrolled in a University/College (or if you are available for a voluntary internship outside a university curriculum) you will be granted an allowance of € 1116.80/month.
- If you want to apply for a voluntary internship, you must be a citizen of the EU or have a work permit in Belgium.
- In case you need to do a mandatory internship, your University/College must be located in a member state of the EU.
