This role involves investigating and analyzing discrepancies, identifying root causes, and making necessary system adjustments. The Cycle Counter will also operate equipment to access inventory, maintain accurate records, and support overall warehouse operations.\nJob Responsibilities:\nPerform planned/unplanned cycle counts and audits: Execute scheduled and unscheduled inventory counts and audits in 511F and/or 511E areas to ensure accuracy.\nCount tools and accessories: Conduct thorough counts of tools and accessories within the Distribution Center to reconcile physical inventory with perpetual balances. \nReconcile inventory discrepancies and adjust perpetual inventory: Troubleshoot inventory discrepancies through systems analysis and adjust perpetual inventory to actual counts within DLX and SAP systems. \nAddress cycle count requests and perform assigned duties: Respond to emailed cycle count requests and complete all other duties as assigned by the supervisor. \nOperate material handling equipment: Utilize man-up, turret-truck, and forklift equipment to perform cycle counts or audits in storage and pick locations to verify inventory. \nDetermine root causes and make adjustments: Identify root causes for inventory discrepancies and perform necessary WMS/SAP movements and adjustments. \n Gather documentation and enter data: Collect relevant documentation, prepare I.T.'s (Inventory Transfers/Transactions), and accurately enter data onto Excel spreadsheets. \n Education and Skills:\nHigh school diploma or GED Required\nExperience operating Man-Up, Cherry Picker, Forklift, and Turret Truck\nPrior experience in inventory management or cycle counting preferred\nAbility to complete daily tasks accurately and efficiently with minimal supervision\nProficiency in Microsoft Excel for data entry and analysis\nFamiliarity with RF units and WMS/SAP systems\nPhysical Requirements:\nAbility to operate warehouse equipment and work at elevated heights\nAbility to lift up to 40 lbs. as needed\nMust be able to stand, walk, and perform physical tasks for extended periods\nWork Environment:\nWarehouse environment with exposure to varying temperatures\nRequires working at heights using warehouse equipment\nFast-paced setting requiring attention to detail and accuracy\nBy choice, we are committed to a diverse workforce - EOE/Protected Veteran/Disabled.\nBOSCH is a proud supporter of STEM (Science, Technology, Engineering & Mathematics) Initiatives\nFIRST Robotics (For Inspiration and Recognition of Science and Technology)\nAWIM (A World In Motion)\nThanks to the work of every associate, Bosch has been recognized for award-winning culture by the following organizations:\nGreat Places to Work Certified, U.S., 2026\nAmerica's Best Employer for New Grads, Forbes 2025\nFortune’s World’s Most Admired Companies, 2024\nAmerica’s Best Large Employers, 2024\nAmerica’s Best Employers for Diversity, 2024\nAmerica’s Greatest Workplaces for Women, Newsweek 2024\nGreatest Workplaces for Diversity, Newsweek 2024\nIndefinite U.S. work authorized individuals only.
