Bosch is seeking an IT Support Professional in Workplace Support and Digital Enablement to join our team in Manisa and represent Central IT, ensuring seamless and high-quality IT services for our users.

Key Responsibilities:

The Core: Workplace Support & Asset Management

• Keep Us Running: Provide end-to-end 1st/2nd level IT support for desktops, laptops, mobile devices, printers, and workplace technologies, keep office and production environments running
• Own Lifecycle, manage local IT inventory with comprehensive stock tracking and proactive hardware asset lifecycle management
• Troubleshoot & Resolve user issues/requests for authorizations, accounts, and software, including support for industrial devices and their network connectivity.
• Collaborate closely with central/international IT teams and external service partners on rollouts, service restorations, and site projects.

The Value-Add: Automation & User Enablement

• Spot repetitive IT and site processes and use Microsoft Power Platform to build simple, time-saving automations.
• Support local employees by bridging digital knowledge gaps by delivering brief, practical sessions on how to utilize modern workplace tools and AI productivity assistants.
• Bachelor’s degree in computer engineering, information technologies, or a related field with a strong understanding of IT systems and infrastructure.
• Minimum 2 years of experience in IT Support Services, with knowledge of IT Service Management principles (e.g., ITIL).
• Strong customer-oriented mindset, excellent communication skills, problem-solving abilities, presentation skills and Windows 11 & practical IT hardware knowledge
• Experience with network connectivity, communication protocols for industrial devices and Microsoft Power Automate & Power Apps is a significant plus. (e.g. CCNA is a plus)
• A collaborative team player motivated to self-learn and apply new knowledge
• Advanced level of English, both written and spoken
