We are looking for candidates who want to shape and drive innovation at Bosch.\n We are seeking a motivated IT Systems Engineering Intern to support the IT department at our semiconductor plant in Roseville, CA. The intern will collaborate with the Director of IT and team members to design and maintain IT workflows, improve process documentation, implement AI-driven solutions, and support ITIL process improvements.\nResponsibilities\nPrimary Responsibilities:\nDesign, develop, and maintain workflows using SAP Signavio.\n\nDesign, update, and maintain information and documentation within our Docupedias.\n\nDesign and implement agentic AI solutions using Microsoft Copilot or n8n to enhance IT support processes and improve operational efficiency.\n\nITIL Process Implementation Support:\nAssist in documenting and mapping existing IT processes against ITIL frameworks (e.g., Incident Management, Problem Management, Change Management, and Request Fulfillment).\n\nContribute to the development and refinement of process documentation, work instructions, and standard operating procedures.\n\nIdentify opportunities for automation and improved efficiency within existing ITIL processes.\n\nSupport the rollout of new or updated ITIL processes.\n\nMetrics & Reporting:\nAssist in identifying, defining, and establishing relevant ITIL-related key performance indicators (KPIs) and metrics.\n\nCollect, analyze, and interpret data from various IT systems (e.g., ITSM tools and monitoring tools) to track process performance.\n\nDevelop and maintain dashboards and reports to visualize key metrics and trends.\n\nContribute to the preparation of regular performance reports for IT leadership.\n\n Currently pursuing a Bachelor's degree in IT, Computer Science or a related field.\n\nSkills: ITIL knowledge, process oriented\n\nMinimum GPA of 3.0\n\nStrong research and analytical skills; relationship building (interpersonal skills), and the ability to condense and synthesize information.\n\nGood written and verbal communication skills.\n\nSelf-starter with the ability to work independently and collaboratively.\n\nPreferred Qualifications:\nInterest in semiconductor manufacturing\n\n This role will work on site in Roseville, CA.\nThis position can be flexible with work hours and days per week\nCan work up to 19 hours per week\nAssignment may last until May/June\nIndefinite US work authorized individuals only.
