We are looking for candidates who want to shape and drive innovation at Bosch.\n Fab IT Support is a specialized IT function embedded within a semiconductor manufacturing facility. Unlike traditional corporate IT, Fab IT bridges enterprise IT infrastructure with highly automated cleanroom production systems. Its primary role is to ensure continuous system availability and production uptime, as even minutes of downtime can significantly impact operations and costs.\nWe are seeking qualified candidates to fill the following shifts:\nC Shift: Sunday-Tuesday + every other Saturday | 6:00 PM-6:00 AM\nD Shift: Wednesday-Friday + every other Saturday | 6:00 PM-6:00 AM\nResponsibilities:\nHardware Deployment: Install, configure and provision new computers in the FAB in accordance with established standards and best practices.\nCleanroom Compliance: Maintain, upgrade and troubleshoot IT hardware (desktops, terminals, printers, scanning devices, and HMIs) within cleanroom environments while adhering to strict contamination, safety and gowning protocols\nCritical Incident Response: Provide immediate, high-priority troubleshooting for production-critical systems to ensure uninterrupted 24/7 assembly line and wafer-processing operations.\nITIL Service Operations: Manage incidents, service requests and hardware lifecycle tickets using ITSM platforms like Jira Service Management, ServiceNow or Remedy\nAsset Tracking: Maintain accurate IT inventory and hardware lifecycle records for all endpoints deployed across the cleanroom and sub-fab areas.\nServer Operations: Monitor server performance, capacity and health; ensure uptime, availability, and optimal performance.\n Associate degree in Computer Science, Information Technology or a related field; equivalent experience may be considered.\nExperience (1+ years) in systems support, IT operations or manufacturing IT environments. \nStrong ability to communicate and explain technical issues to process engineers, cleanroom operators and non-technical business stakeholders.\nExperience with ITIL frameworks and incident, problem and change management processes. \nAdditional Skills:\nStrong IT troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.\nAbility to multitask and work effectively under pressure.\nKnowledge of manufacturing processes and operations.\nStrong analytical skills and attention to detail.\nEffective written and verbal communication skills.\nAbility to work independently and collaboratively.\nStrong sense of ownership and accountability.\n This role will work on site in Roseville, CA.\nThis position will be assigned to either C shift or D shift.\nIndefinite US work authorized individuals only.
