Over an intensive 12 to 24-month journey, you will become part of our company's transformation. You will rotate through various commercial and technical departments-in Germany and worldwide-and support Bosch as a strategic sparring partner abroad. You will actively shape the future of Bosch by influencing existing processes and developing innovative solutions to complex problems during up to 6 individual rotations.

Your academic foundation:
You have graduated with an outstanding Master's degree or Diploma and have set relevant academic priorities. Perhaps you already bring an MBA, PhD, or initial work experience.
Your passion for future trends & problem-solving:
You burn for technical details and enjoy finding creative solutions to complex challenges. You have the courage to explore new paths and take calculated risks along the way.
Your eye for the bigger picture:
You want to understand how commercial and technical areas interact within a global enterprise-and how you can create real entrepreneurial value with your ideas.
Your understanding of human-centric leadership:

Your language proficiency:
You communicate fluently in English (negotiation level) and possess good German language skills. Additionally, you have already gained at least three months of international experience.
